Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable workbooks and audio content, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience any issues with your files or have trouble accessing your purchase, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Physical Books (Amazon)

All physical books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.

If you would like to request a refund or return, this can be done directly through your Amazon account in line with their returns policy.
